Individual and Club Awards
At the Freestate Corvette Club Car show for Corvettes
Only at Carroll Co. Hospital, Our Member, previously Known as Big Dave, shall from this point of time on,,be known as,"KING DAVE,,the Giant
Killer.
In Dave's class,Our Buddy,,DAVE GIST,(THE KING KILLER,) with his beautiful blue monster nipped
all comers for a BIG win and a 1st place Trophy.
After parking early on Sunday Morning,,Dave set the trap,,Pretended to clean his car,,set out
his traps, of pictures of his car,,build sheet and window sticker display and proceeded to assist the show chairman to park
cars,,etc.
Watching from across the parking lot, Ron sat beside his yellow vette,(cannon Fodder), and
watched as the compitition tried their best to outshine Dave.
After being called up for his trophy Dave, The Giant Killer,,was noticably pleased ,for in his
class were the Best of the Best.
Congradulations to Dave,,and as always, Dave was humble in his
win.
Congratulations to Dave Gist for 6th place and Michael Sizemore
for 4th place in raising money at the Wantz Car Show to benefit Tanner Yingling on Saturday August 8th. Over $3,000
was raised to help Tanner and his family with expenses. Thanks to all who attended.

for placing at the St. David's Car Show August 1, 2009.
Also at St. David's, Cornerstone Corvette Club received a
2nd place award for Club attendance.
